Stop. Just stop it. It's already been done.
The best thing you can do, is deal with it and learn from it. It is the past.
Don't let it build up. Release your shit, and let that shit fertilize into something good. Like I always say, "Let the shit fall into the garden of your mind, and let that shit fertilize. Because it'll grow into flowers." Or weeds. But you can always pull out tough weeds. You got this.
So stop regretting stupid stuff you write, you can't help it. You're not perfect. And you sure got some big ass issues. But so!? You can always grow from it.

What is My Purpose?
Whenever I tell someone something important I feel as if they don't believe me.
If I write a whole paragraph on how much they have impacted my life I feel as if I don't make it clear enough. But honestly. I struggle. I struggle with thinking that "Once is enough, because that one time is very important to me." And because I think like this, people think that what I say isn't what I do. When they don't realize that what I do by what I say is a different definition and meaning to what they think. But that's my problem also. I can never get my point across. Why? Because the way I think is so different. Or it may seem absurd and irrational to others.
But let me tell you. I am learning :) everyday I am preparing myself to get better at putting purpose in what I say. I used to think purpose was insignificant because I always looked at the negative side of it. If I saw someone making a statement on facebook I would read all of the comments and agree with the people who disagreed because they too are also right. Therefore...purpose was insignificant to me. Because I was so caught up in pleasing everyone. I always made sure that what I said or wrote gave room for people to have their own minds to it. And at the end of their thinking process they'll still end up agreeing in their own perspective. Honestly I failed a lot of times at it. And the truth is, you can never please everyone. Literally.
People are individuals, no matter how many similarities they may have with each other they are always bound to find disagreements and differences. Their similarities will pull them together, but if their differences always clashed then it would push them away from each other. I don't know how to explain this but....if we put aside each others' pride and really listen to one another. We can realize that yet again even though we have a very close relationship (whether it be friends, boyfriend, girlfriend, etc.) with each other it doesn't mean we are exactly alike. It just puts us back in our place that we are individuals with differences too. And if people haven't figured me out yet, I do a lot of action more than talking.
I write my feelings and thoughts down a lot, because that's the only way I can express it. Of course I'm not a person who can't show emotions, but the deep feelings inside of me are very private and personal. Only a certain person can get to it. I don't directly say "I love you" or "I miss you" to anyone's face. The only time I'd say "I miss you" is if we need to do some catch up and we haven't seen each other in awhile. But saying "I miss you" is a different story with my love. I say it a lot more than I used to. But the "norm" for me of expressing how I send those two messages is by physical affection. Now this is action. I mean physical action. I will go up to them and just hug them for a long time because I miss them. I do a lot of little actions that show my love. Because literally, they are the only person I will do it to. Every person deserves a long warm hug and rub in the back lol. Everyone also deserves little butterfly pecks on their faces too. And that's just how I show it.
So before you ever get angry at someone for telling them that they say they care but they don't show it, think again. Not everyone has the same way of expressing their feelings. Not everyone was brought up in the same environment. It's a miracle to even show affection, so appreciate it while you get it. Because when they're too busy to do it. You will miss the hell out of it.
